Venue Rules & Terms
For security purposes, Rooftop Muse is equipped with a 24-hour monitoring system which must not be tampered with, covered, or moved.
Your rental period is fixed and includes setup and cleanup; late arrival does not extend your booking, and late departure will incur additional fees.
Admission is charged per person for non-private events.

Please respect our residential neighbors by keeping noise levels down and closing the terrace door when you leave.
Any unlawful, obscene, or indecent behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your event. Do not move or dismantle any fixed facilities, furniture, or equipment.

Smoking is permitted on the rooftop terrace only; the indoor area and staircase are non-smoking.
Before leaving, all garbage must be disposed of in the provided bins and used tableware must be placed in the designated cleaning stations.
All appliances, including the fan, lights, and electrical switches, must be turned off, and the terrace fire escape door must be closed.

A security deposit is required and will be refunded after a facility check.
Charges will be applied for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning, including a fee for contamination from vomiting.
Rooftop Muse is not liable for equipment malfunction, external factors beyond our control, or any personal injury or loss of property.
Beverages provided are for on-site consumption only during your rental period.

Use of the venue constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Rooftop Muse reserves the right to amend these policies, terminate events that violate these rules without refund, and deduct charges from the deposit.
The management's decision is final in all disputes.
Rooftop Safety & Liability Waiver
Rooftop Muse is a rooftop venue and as such, presents inherent risks.
The management of Rooftop Muse and the building premises expressly prohibit and are not liable for any dangerous acts conducted on the premises.
All guests are strictly forbidden from climbing, jumping, lunging over, or sitting on any perimeter walls, barriers, or railings. Throwing any objects from the rooftop is absolutely prohibited. The primary booker who reserved the event shall be held solely responsible and liable for any prosecutions, damages, claims, or harms to the public or property resulting from any guest's actions, including from thrown objects.
Rooftop Muse and the building management assume no liability for any self-inflicted injury, harm, or accident that occurs during the rental period. By using this venue, the primary booker acknowledges this liability and agrees to ensure all attendees adhere to these critical safety rules.
